Our Latest Acquisition

We recently acquired a factory building in the Ramsgate area. The owners business no long required use of all the premises on the site (just under an Acre) . We were able to purchase the site, lease back the section the owners wished to retain and let the remainder of the property. Releasing equity for the owner, allowing them to continue trading in situ and vastly reducing their business rates liability.
